Mike is responsible for the day to day direction of the Company and shall oversee all decisions and resolutions of the company are implemented. He has over 20 years of national and international experience in construction and with business ventures, large project funding and mega project execution. His experience with capital venture groups and investment funding allows him the insight to obtain critical financial backing of proposals.

Michael Circelli has over 22 years of experience in the EPCM and EPC environments, in various industries such as Mining and Metallurgy, Aerospace Industry, Rail Infrastructure, Water/Wastewater Treatment, Power and Transmission and Hydrocarbons. He possesses an excellent knowledge-basis for executing large scale projects, in a diverse set of industries on time and on budget. As Project Director / Project Manager, Michael has led projects over full project cycle of project development from project initiation, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, execution and close-out, across various commodities including gold, potash, copper, zinc and iron ore.

As Construction and Field Director, Sebastian has outstanding knowledge and hands-on experience building a multitude of residential and industrial projects in the retail, hospitality and recreational sectors throughout Canada. At the center of all his projects, the clients’ needs are paramount, and Sebastian always delivers on his promise to create state-of-the-art, exquisite builds on time and on budget.

Domenic has over 20 years of experience in project management and lead estimating of middle to large sized residential and commercial/industrial projects. He is responsible for full range of cost and schedule aspects of projects and is the single point of contact for the project design team.

Maria is our Junior Designer with extensive CAD experience and also architectural experience in small to large scale residential and commercial applications.

Colin holds over 25 years of cost control experience. He provides the cost analysis and cost accounting to maintain project financials and any sub-contracting invoicing.

Kevin is a results-driven professional with over 20 years engineering career, in a prominent Utilities Manager role for clients such as Local Distribution Companies (Toronto Hydro, Alectra Utilities, Enmax, Hydro One Network Inc.) Metrolinx, with multi-billion dollar transit expansion program. Throughout his career, he has managed a variety of technical teams, led negotiations with important stakeholders, and created insightful work plans focused on developing technical solutions, reducing risks, and ensuring successful project delivery outcomes. He has done this by drawing on his extensive portfolio of civil/electrical engineering projects and his proven expertise in utilities management. He has coordination experience for engineering, ROW, permitting, procurement, and construction management services. He has experience using client standards and developing custom designs for client specific applications using the NESC, CSA, state, and local standards. He also has procurement, construction specification, material selection, and specifications experience.
