| Description: | In 2024, Descon will assist in the acquisition of a 2.6-acre vacant site located at Wellington Street East in Aurora, Ontario. The property, which is conveniently located across the street from the GO train station in Aurora, is currently being considered for a multiple tower development project. The project will consist of up to 4 eight-story towers with approximately 600 units. The total installed cost for the project is estimated to be approximately $350M Canadian dollars. |
